Prior to his arrest, police radio broadcasts described Todd Fike, 46, as “standing 6-feet 8-inches tall, weighing 300 to 350 pounds, wearing shorts that revealed a prosthetic leg and driving a blue ‘ice cream-style’ truck.” Advertisement #Southborough cops are searching for 6-ft.-8, 300 + lb, one-legged man driving ice cream truck. http://t.co/M5CwDR9gOp. "He was known to area detectives.” Police received about 20 tips from the public. After a bartender at Owen O’Leary’s Restaurant & Pub refused to serve Fike, witnesses saw him in the parking lot slashing and popping tires. He reportedly nearly hit a car when he left the parking lot. Here's the truck, which was described as "Smurf" blue, "ice-cream style." Looks a little darker than Smurf to me. pic.twitter.com/CQyMH4M1Ll Advertisement— Brad Petrishen (@BPetrishen_MWDN) February 5, 2014 Fike was arrested on Tuesday evening and charged with seven felony counts of malicious or wanton destruction/damaging of property, driving to endanger and disorderly conduct.
