The policy was inspired by Connor McCarthy, a senior account manager at the firm, who asked for a week of flexible hours when he got a new dog in May.
"I think being able to be home and being able to have that flexible schedule the first week really allowed Bentley to understand his new surroundings," McCarthy told the Minneapolis Star Tribune.
