Maximillian Kirchoff posted a video Tuesday to Instagram showing the white duck waddling around and quacking on the G train in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn. Advertisement The duck in the video is wearing a leash held by a woman sitting nearby. The New York City Department of Health indicated to WABC the woman could be violating an ordinance banning the keeping of ducks in the city.
