Fishermen free sea turtle from net on Mumbai beach

Aug. 1 (UPI) -- A group of people fishing at a beach in India ended up rescuing a sea turtle that had its entire body caught in a fishing net.

The filmer said the group was fishing at a beach in the Worli area of Mumbai when they spotted the distressed turtle.

The video shows two men using a knife to cut through the net.

The turtle, which does not seem to be seriously injured, is able to swim away after being cut free of the net.
