London police chase down pig that charged at jogger

April 14 (UPI) -- Police officers in England chased down and corralled a large pig that was spotted running loose on a local street.

Roads and Transport Metropolitan Police Service shared video of a pair of officers chasing the pig down the street before the large swine charged at a passing jogger.

"Nothing to see here - just east traffic officers chasing a pig who then decides to chase after a passing jogger," police said.

Officers were ultimately able to track down the stampeding pig and brought it back home.

"Officers attended the scene and the pig was safely recaptured and returned to the nearby land that it had escaped from," a police spokesperson said.
