The officers summoned Emergency Services Officers Kevin Conway and Michael Black, who climbed down to the tracks while officials temporarily suspended train access to the station.

The officers were able to corral the duck and a video tweeted by transit officers shows the mallard being carried out of the station.
"Sick of the snow & too tired to fly, Bklyn duck tries taking #Ltrain south for warmer air," the tweet said.
Transit Bureau Chief Joseph Fox tweeted a video of the duck being released in Brooklyn's Highland Park.
