Quandary Q Lotus Lady can be seen braving heights both in the mountains of Colorado and on her Instagram page exploration_cat. Advertisement Before scaling mountains with owners Graham and Erin Shuee the black and white cat, known as "Q" for short, played an instrumental role in their engagement. Graham adopted Q from a local center before presenting her to Erin as a "proposal kitten" when the two hiked on a mountain last May, despite already having two cats at home. "[Erin] comes from a long line of crazy cat ladies and I knew she couldn't say no to a little baby kitten," he told the Colorodan. The "meowtainous marriage proposal" helped foster Q's eventual love for the mountains, according to an Instagram post. "It was her idea in our minds, ever since the proposal she's been tagging along on most our adventures. She's almost like a dog in that respect, she's very vocal and makes it known when she is restless and when she wants to get out and explore," Erin told KUSA. "She'll let us know if she wants down. She'll crawl out on my shoulder and let us know she wants to walk."
