Trash bins float like rafts down flooded Phoenix street

PHOENIX, Aug. 8 (UPI) -- A flood in Phoenix combined with an unfortunately-timed trash pickup day to fill a street with floating garbage bins.

Kevin Moore posted a video to Facebook Friday showing several garbage collection bins, some of which appear to still be full of trash, floating down a Phoenix street.

"Oh, bummer," Moore says in the video. "That sucks."

Moore ends his video by expressing his admiration for a brave bike rider taking on the flood.
