MABLETHORPE, England, July 19 (UPI) -- A seaside ice cream shop in Britain is experimenting with drone delivery frozen treats ordered by beach-goers using a smartphone app.

A video posted to Facebook by drone operator Michael Kheng shows how he used a powerful drone to deliver ice cream treats from Mablethorpe Rock & Ices to people sitting on the beach.

Kheng said the drone can carry up to 10 ice creams at one time.

The ice cream shop said the service would involve beach-goers using a smartphone app to order ice cream delivered to their beach chairs via drone.
