The helmet cam footage shows the officer pulling up beside the stopped vehicle about 4:30 a.m. Tuesday in Redcliff and looking in the open driver's side window to see the motorist rolling what appears to be a marijuana cigarette. Police said the 20-year-old driver was arrested on a possession of cannabis charge and his 22-year-old passenger was charged with possessing cannabis and drug paraphernalia. The department said the traffic patrol motorcycle caught 324 people illegally using their cellphones behind the wheel in the week leading up to Christmas, including one woman taking "selfies" and attempting to email them to friends.
