Inductees are recognized for having contributed over 25 years of musical excellence. The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame museum is located in Cleveland.

More than 1,000 artists, historians, journalists and music industry professionals selected the Class of 2019. A fan vote also took place online and at the Hall of Fame museum.

LL Cool J, Devo, John Prine, Kraftwerk, Rage Against the Machine, Todd Rundgren and Rufus & Chaka Khan did not make the list after being nominated for the Hall of Fame in October.

Stevie Nicks will be making history as the first female artist to be inducted into the Hall of Fame twice. She was previously inducted in 1998 as a member of Fleetwood Mac.
