The Traitors is based on the Dutch series De Verraders. The show features reality stars and other celebrities, who must work together on a series of challenges to build a prize worth up to $250,000.

Contestants are designated either Faithful or Traitors in the murder mystery-style game. The Traitors' goal is to eliminate the Faithful and claim the prize for themselves, while the Faithful try to uncover the Traitors and banish them from the game.

Alan Cumming hosts the series, which is set in the Scottish Highlands.

The Traitors premiered in 2023 and returned for a second season in January.

The show is Peacock's most-watched unscripted original series of all time and recently won Outstanding Casting for a Reality Program at the Primetime Emmy Awards.

Season 2 features C.T. Tamburello, Kate Chastain, Larsa Pippem, Maksim Chmerkovskiy, Mercedes "MJ" Javid, Phaedra Parks, Tamra Judge and other stars. New episodes are released Thursdays.
