Netflix sets return dates for 'Cobra Kai,' 'Tiger King,' 'Crown'

Sept. 26 (UPI) -- Netflix has announced when fans may expect new seasons of three of its most popular shows -- Cobra Kai, Tiger King and The Crown.

Tiger King 2, the follow-up to the 2020 docu-series, Tiger King, is set to premiere on Nov. 17. The show is about former exotic animal park owner and convicted felon Joe Exotic.

Eric Goode and Rebecca Chaiklin returned as directors and executive producers on Tiger King 2, with Chris Smith and Fisher Stevens also serving as executive producers.

Season 4 of Cobra Kai, a sequel action-dramedy series that reunites Karate Kid stars Ralph Macchio and William Zabka, will begin on Dec. 31.

The Crown, which dramatizes the lives of the British royal family over the course of several decades in the 20th century, will be back in November 2022.

Season 5 will feature Imelda Staunton as Queen Elizabeth II, Dominic West as Prince Charles and Elizabeth Debicki as Princess Diana.

The streaming service also announced this weekend that Nick Kroll's Big Mouth Season 5 will premiere on Nov. 5 and Lily Collins' Emily in Paris will kick off its second season on Dec. 22.
