'Kate Plus 8': Gosselin sextuplets spend 13th birthday 'glamping'

June 16 (UPI) -- Kate Plus 8 released a new preview this week featuring the Gosselin sextuplets' 13th birthday.

The video shows reality star Kate Gosselin and her eight children take to the woods to celebrate Aaden, Alexis, Collin, Hannah, Joel and Leah's milestone birthday.

Gosselin, 16-year-old twins Cara and Maddie, and the sextuplets enjoyed two separate parties -- camping for the boys and "glamping" for the girls. The family played games, cooked food over a fire, and enjoyed birthday cake.

"Being in a family of eight kids and a single mom, [I'm] worrying about about their present, their future, how to feed them, their college, how they turn out all of it. You never stop worrying," Gosselin confessed in the teaser.

Gosselin shares her children with ex-husband Jon Gosselin, from whom she split in 2009 after 10 years of marriage. She dedicated a sweet post to the sextuplets on Instagram on their actual birthday May 10.

"HAPPY 13th BIRTHDAY, my precious Alexis, Hannah, Aaden, Collin, Leah and Joel! At this moment (7:51 to 7:53 am) 13 years ago, my life and heart were completed with your births!" Gosselin wrote.

"I love you all and NO MATTER WHAT it requires of me, I will ALWAYS be there for you; I'll always be your biggest cheerleader, your role model by example, your shoulder to cry on, the hug and laugh you need, and your mommy and friend!" she promised. "I love you guys!"

"I got six times what I planned on, but I'd NEVER EVER go back! You're the six final pieces of my heart that I never knew I was looking for #Turning13Today #HappyBirthdayBabies #ILoveYouToTheMoonAndBack100MillionTimes," the star added.

Kate Plus 8 will return July 10 on TLC.
