NEW YORK, June 14 (UPI) -- Nick Jonas admitted to once taking a marijuana infused lollipop and explained what a NARB was Monday on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

"I've never told this story, for good reason probably," the singer began his tale to Fallon before recounting a series of events that left him unable to properly function while presenting at the Young Hollywood Awards back in 2014.

According to Jonas, he ate a weed lollipop after being offered one by a friend during a night out. Not feeling any of the effects afterwards, the pop star went to sleep but then immediately felt that everything was moving in slow motion upon waking up.

"I'm hearing these voices [in the shower]. It's horrible, so I call down to my girlfriend who's in the kitchen. 'Babe, I need some bread, I need some coffee. Something!'" he recalled of the after-effects. He still had to attend the Young Hollywood Awards where he was faced with another issue. A problem he referred to as a NARB.

"Out of nowhere, I get a NARB," Jonas said. "A NARB is a no apparent reason boner." Fallon then displayed photos from the event's red carpet showing the 23-year-old holding his hands in front of his crotch in order to hide his erection.

As Jonas continued his story, he explained how still out of it, he took to he stage to present an award and delivered an awkward joke in a strange manner. Fallon played the video from the incident as well. "I walked off stage, I looked at my manager, I was like, 'Do you think anybody knew,?'" he said of what happened afterwards.

Jonas also performed a solo version of his single "Close" from his latest album Last Year Was Complicated to end The Tonight Show.
