WASHINGTON, May 10 (UPI) -- TruTV is bringing three new shows and several specials to its traditionally comedy-centric channel.

The Turner Broadcasting-owned network has ordered 10 30-minute episodes of Jon Glaser Loves Gear, which follows the actor-comedian as he discovers the inner workings of different pieces of technology, Variety reported.

The second series, the 13-episode Lifescaping, will see hosts Matthew Latkiwicz and Abbi Crutchfield as they explore different themes of self-help.

The network is also adding the new pop-culture series Greatest Ever to its lineup, which will be hosted by Amanda Seales. The series will reportedly cover a variety of human-interest topics and comedy.

Other specials and development projects include a two-hour television event titled Impractical Jokers Live Event Special, following last year's 100th episode of the series.

The Lonely Island trio, including Andy Samberg, Akiva Schaffer and Jorma Taccone, will produce the scripted comedy I'm Sorry, starring Andrea Savage.

Small Victoris, starring Melissa Hunger is also on its way to TruTV, along with untitled projects from Olivia Lee, Kevin Pereira and Hari Kondabolu. A new comedic news show from comedian Jena Friedman is also on its way and will see an "ensemble cast of comedic performers," according to Splitsider.
