Get a first look at Netflix's 'Sense8' series starring Darryl Hannah, Naveen Andrews, Joe Pantoliano

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., May 7 (UPI) -- Netflix has released online a trailer for its upcoming global dramatic thriller Sense8.

From the minds of The Wachowskis, J. Michael Straczynski and Grant Hill, Sense8 is described in press notes as "a gripping story of eight people from around the world whose lives are suddenly and inexplicably connected in a fight for their own survival."

​All ​12 episodes of the series will be available for streaming June 5 ​only on Netflix​. It stars Brian J.
