LOS ANGELES, Nov. 19 (UPI) -- Comedian Kathy Griffin has reportedly accepted an offer to replace her friend, the late Joan Rivers, as host of the E! Entertainment show, Fashion Police.

Two weeks after Griffin confirmed she had been offered the job, but was not sure "if the situation is correct or right at this time for [her], sources told TMZ Griffin's joining the show was "a done deal."

If the reports are true, the 54-year-old comedian would be joining Joan River's daughter Melissa Rivers, Kelly Osbourne and Giuliana Rancic in the weekly show, in which they comment on celebrity fashions.

Griffin is best known for her starring roles in Suddenly Susan and Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List. She's also done multiple standup specials for Bravo and HBO, and hosted The Comedy Central Roast of Joan Rivers in 2009.
