Mon Laferte announces North American summer tour

May 28 (UPI) -- Chilean songstress and international star Mon Laferte has announced a new, 11-city North American summer tour.

The La Gira de Norma tour is set to kick off on Aug. 10 at the Neptune Theater in Seattle before wrapping things up on Aug. 29 at The Fillmore in Silver Spring, Md.

Laferte will also be performing in cities such as Los Angeles, Anaheim, Houston, San Antonio and Atlanta, among others.

Tickets go on sale for the general public starting on Friday at 10 a.m. local time through Live Nation.

Laferte released her latest album titled Norma in November. The release features the single "Funeral."
