Dec. 13 (UPI) -- Janet Jackson, The Cure and Radiohead are among the musical acts named to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame class of 2019.
Stevie Nicks, Def Leppard, Roxy Music and the Zombies will also be inducted during a ceremony at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on March 29. HBO will be broadcasting the event at a later date.
Inductees are recognized for having contributed over 25 years of musical excellence. The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame museum is located in Cleveland.
More than 1,000 artists, historians, journalists and music industry professionals selected the Class of 2019. A fan vote also took place online and at the Hall of Fame museum.
Stevie Nicks will be making history as the first female artist to be inducted into the Hall of Fame twice. She was previously inducted in 1998 as a member of Fleetwood Mac.
