BEVERLY HILLS , Calif., Sept. 10 (UPI) -- Netflix has released two trailers for its documentary, Amanda Knox.

One urges viewers to "Believe Her" and the other to "Suspect Her." They are intended to "give insight into the media frenzy of the case and share a first glimpse of the film and its main subjects speaking in their own words," the online streaming giant said.

The documentary had its premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival Friday. It will begin streaming on Netflix Sept. 30.

"Was she a cold-blooded psychopath who brutally murdered her roommate or a naïve, study-abroad student trapped in an endless nightmare?" the film's summary pondered.

"Directors Rod Blackhurst and Brian McGinn and producer Mette Heide explore the notorious case that made headlines around the world," the press notes said. "Twice convicted and twice acquitted by Italian courts of the brutal killing of her British roommate Meredith Kercher, Amanda Knox became the subject of global speculation as non-stop media attention fed the public's fascination through every twist and turn of the nearly decade-long case."
