Ansel Elgort and Chloe Grace Moretz to star in 'November Criminals'

Co-starring Catherine Keener, the film will follow two teenagers "into the dangerous underbelly of Washington, D.C., as they investigate the murder of their friend while falling in love for the first time," a synopsis said.

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 7 (UPI) -- Ansel Elgort is to star opposite Chloe Grace Moretz in director Sacha Gervasi's film November Criminals, producers announced Wednesday.

The Lotus Entertainment production has a screenplay by Steven Knight, which was based on Sam Munson's novel.

Co-starring Catherine Keener, the film will follow two teenagers "into the dangerous underbelly of Washington, D.C., as they investigate the murder of their friend while falling in love for the first time," a synopsis said. Elgort was recently seen in the films Divergent and The Fault in Our Stars. Moretz's credits include The Equalizer, If I Stay, Kick-Ass and Hugo.
