LOS ANGELES, Dec. 12 (UPI) -- Shailene Woodley and Theo James star in the second teaser trailer for Insurgent, the cinematographic adaptation of Veronica Roth's novel of the same name.
The trailer follows Woodley's Tris and James' Four as they migrate to Amity in their efforts to survive the Divergent hunt led by Jeanine Matthews (Kate Winslet), the sole representative of Erudite, who is determined to eradicate them all.
Insurgent was preceded by Divergent, the first book in Roth's Divergent series, and will be followed by y Allegiant: Part 1 (2016) and Allegiant: Part Two (2017).
Ansel Elgort will return as Caleb, Miles Teller as Peter, Zoe Kravitz as Christina, Jai Courtney as Eric for the new film and Naomi Watts and Octavia Spencer will join the cast as Evelyn and Johanna, the leaders of the factionless and Amity, respectively.
Insurgent will hit theaters in March 2015.
