Beatrice is the elder daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson and the granddaughter of Queen Elizabeth II and the late Prince Philip.

Beatrice's official Twitter account shared news of the birth Monday morning.

"So delighted to share the news of the safe arrival of our daughter on Saturday 18th September 2021, at 23.42, at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, London," the post reads. "Thank you to the Midwife team and everyone at the hospital for their wonderful care."

Mozzi also has a 5-year-old son, Christopher Woolf, with his ex-fiancée, Dara Huang.

Buckingham Palace confirmed the birth of Beatrice and Mozzi's daughter in a press release.

"The new baby's grandparents and great-grandparents have all been informed and are delighted with the news. The family would like to thank all the staff at the hospital for their wonderful care," the palace said.

"Her Royal Highness and her child are both doing well, and the couple are looking forward to introducing their daughter to her big brother Christopher Woolf."

Beatrice and Mozzi quietly married in July 2020 and announced in May that they were expecting their first child together.

Beatrice's sister, Princess Eugenie, welcomed her first child, son August Philip Hawke, with her husband, Jack Brooksbank, in February.
