Jenna Dewan's new boyfriend wishes her a happy birthday

Dec. 4 (UPI) -- Jenna Dewan's new boyfriend, Steve Kazee, was among those to celebrate her 38th birthday.

The 43-year-old actor and singer marked the occasion Monday by sharing photos and a sweet message to Dewan on Instagram.

Kazee posted a strip of photo booth pictures that included a snapshot of him kissing Dewan. He couldn't help but gush about the actress in the caption.

"Happy Birthday Jenna! Somehow it feels like my birthday over and over again because I keep getting the gift of you every day," the actor wrote, adding heart and ladybug emojis.

Dewan spent the day getting her ears pierced with Everly, her 5-year-old daughter with ex-husband Channing Tatum, and filming an episode of Busy Phillips' E! series, Busy Tonight. She thanked people for their well-wishes on Instagram.

"Thank you guys for all the birthday love!!!! Love you!!!" the star captioned a photo of herself holding a big unicorn balloon.

Dewan and Tatum split in April after eight years of marriage. Tatum has since started dating singer Jessie J, while Dewan was spotted kissing Kazee during an outing in Beverly Hills, Calif., in November.

Kazee is known for starring in the original Broadway production of Once. He also played Gus Pfender on the Showtime series Shameless.
