Marc Anthony and Shannon De Lima split up after two years of marriage

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 19 (UPI) -- Recording artist Marc Anthony and his wife, model Shannon De Lima, have split up after two years of marriage.

"It just was not working and they didn't have enough in common," a source told Us Weekly.

Anthony, 48, and De Lima, 28, began dating in 2012, a few months after Anthony and singer/actress Jennifer Lopez ended their seven-year marriage.

The Anthony-De Lima breakup news made headlines after Anthony and Lopez shared a kiss onstage at the Latin Grammy Awards ceremony in Las Vegas Thursday night. The former couple have been collaborating on Lopez's new, Spanish-language album.

Lopez also presented her ex-husband -- and the father of her two young children -- with the Person of the Year Award at the Latin Grammys.

"Marc is a living legend. He is a magical and pure artist giving away classics that will stay forever. He will always be many things in my life," the pop star said on stage when translated from Spanish. "He will always be a lot of things to me. He's my kindred spirit. My love."

E! News, which said it confirmed Anthony's separation from De Lima, reported De Lima did not attend the Latin Grammys with her spouse and Anthony was not wearing his wedding ring at the gala.
