Blake Lively attends assistant's wedding days after welcoming second child

NEW YORK, Oct. 3 (UPI) -- Blake Lively was still able to attend her assistant's wedding ceremony Sunday just says after giving birth to her second child.

"Most beautiful bride on the planet. And the best friend I could ask for. @jessicarose617 thank you for being EVERYTHING. I love you," the actress wrote on Instagram Sunday.

Lively is seen kissing her assistant on the cheek in the photo.

Lively welcomed her second child with actor Ryan Reynolds on Friday in New York according to reports. The baby's gender and name have yet to be revealed.

Sources also claimed that Lively's friend Taylor Swift paid a visit to welcome the newborn.

The Hollywood couple who tied the knot in 2012 also share 21-month-old daughter James together.

"All my eggs are in one basket, and that's my family. That's where my heart is. That's where my everything is," Lively declared previously in the July issue of Marie Claire magazine about how she puts family first.

"My family: That's the thing I feel most protective of and the thing that I feel is the most exposed when I feel exploited."
