The 29-year-old reality star wished the 60-year-old talent manager well with a sweet balloon message after Jenner was left injured and "shook up" in a collision Wednesday.
"I love you too Rob!!!! Thank you for the beautiful balloons and for loving me the way you do! @robkardashian #love #family #proudmama #blessed #Godisgood," Jenner captioned a photo of the gift on Instagram.
"Beautiful flowers from my Bunny... Thank you @khloekardashian #biggestheart #lovebug #family #blessed #feelingsogratefulfortoday #love," Jenner wrote.
Jenner was driving her Rolls-Royce when a Prius driver reportedly cut in front of her in an attempt to get on the 101 freeway in Calabasas, Calif. The vehicles collided, destroying the front end of Jenner's car and injuring her hand.
"I'm feeling really blessed," she told Entertainment Tonight after the crash. "Just sore and shaken."
Rob Kardashian appeared in a Snapchat video with pregnant fiancé Blac Chyna the same day as Jenner's crash. The clip marked the first time the couple had been seen together since breakup rumors circulated in July.
