Selena Gomez, Orlando Bloom cozy up in Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS, May 10 (UPI) -- Selena Gomez got close to Orlando Bloom in Las Vegas over the weekend.

The 23-year-old American singer was spotted cozying up to the 39-year-old British actor at Mandalay Bay casino's Light nightclub in the early hours of Saturday, May 7.

Sources told TMZ the pair got "touchy feely quickly" and started "neck-nuzzling and embracing" in a booth. An insider said, however, that Gomez "absolutely" went back to her room alone.

Gomez was seen with Bloom after kicking off her Revival world tour Friday evening. A source told People the singer and the actor are "absolutely just friends," although Bloom did give Gomez a kiss on the cheek.

Bloom is reportedly dating Katy Perry and was spotted with the singer at a Met gala after-party last week. The pair were first linked in January and seemed the happy couple during a vacation to Hawaii in March.

The Lord of the Rings actor shares 5-year-old son Flynn with ex-wife Miranda Kerr, who was once linked to Gomez's ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber. He and Bieber reportedly got in an altercation over Kerr in 2014.

Gomez will perform in Sacramento, Calif., on Tuesday night before traveling to San Jose. The tour is in support of her second studio album, Revival, and will come to a close Dec. 18 in Guadalajara, Mexico.
