LOS ANGELES, March 17 (UPI) -- Amber Rose shared a topless, NSFW photo to announce her 2016 SlutWalk on Thursday.

The 32-year-old model posted a picture of herself baring her right breast on Twitter, writing, "#freethenipple #MUVA photo by @solmazsaberi #AmberRoseSlutWalk2016."

Rose led her first SlutWalk in October to promote her foundation's mission of "uplifting, empowering and enhancing the platform of women across the globe." Other organizations have also put on SlutWalks to call for an end to slut-shaming.

"Amber Rose asks that you stand with her and join the movement on this cause against sexual injustice, victim blaming, derogatory labeling and gender equality," the star's website reads.

Rose has yet to announce a date for the 2016 event, but recently invited Kim Karadashian to attend. The model made headlines for defending the 35-year-old reality star after Karadashian came under heavy fire for sharing a nude selfie.

"@kimkardashian I don't know u well but I saw u speak about slut shaming and as u know I'm an activist feminist so it spoke to me," Rose wrote. "Being slut shamed and ridiculed is not fun it's hurtful and mean."

"Us women deal with it everyday and I'm happy u can speak openly on this now because if anyone knows what it's like to be slut shamed it's u! Live it Kim! Make a difference and speak on it!" she encouraged.

Television personality Chelsea Handler and models Chrissy Teigen and Naomi Campbell are among the other stars who've gone topless in "#FreeTheNipple" posts. The hashtag started in response to Instagram's policy against female nipples in photos.
