Katy Perry and Kris Jenner confirm they're friends

NEW YORK, Nov. 20 (UPI) -- Katy Perry and television personality Kris Jenner have confirmed their friendship in an Instagram post.

The two reportedly hung out together on Wednesday and made sure to document their time together on Instagram.

"Its us again!!!!" Jenner, 60, wrote alongside a selfie showing Perry kissing her cheek. "Love you @katyperry fun night #BFF's #shinanigans."

The photo comes several months after Perry debuted a pixie cut, citing Jenner as her inspiration. The "Roar" singer was last featured on Jenner's Instagram feed in March, when the two spent time together on a yacht in New York alongside Kendall Jenner, Gigi Hadid and Dakota Johnson.

Jenner's new group of friends also includes Jennifer Lawrence, whose birthday party she crashed in August. "So I'm there, and people start singing Happy Birthday," Lawrence said a week after Jenner posted an odd photo of the two in bed together. "Kris Jenner comes out holding my cake...my knees buckled."
