Alec Baldwin's wife Hilaria gives birth to their second child -- a son

NEW YORK, June 17 (UPI) -- Actor Alec Baldwin announced via Twitter Wednesday that his wife Hilaria has given birth to their second child, a son.

"We are happy to announce the birth of Rafael Thomas Baldwin," the former 30 Rock star tweeted, alongside a photo of what appears to be his wife's hand holding their baby's tiny fingers.

No other details regarding the child's birth were immediately revealed.

The Baldwins were wed in June 2012 and they welcomed their daughter Carmen in August 2013. Alec Baldwin also has a 19-year-old daughter named Ireland from his marriage to his ex-wife, actress Kim Basinger.
