George and Amal Clooney spotted at dinner with her parents

The couple were reportedly celebrating Amal Clooney's father's birthday.

NEW YORK, April 30 (UPI) -- George Clooney and wife Amal Clooney enjoyed a family dinner Tuesday.

The 53-year-old actor and 37-year-old barrister were spotted with the latter's parents, Ramzi and Baria Alamuddin, and sister, Tala Alamuddin, at Carvaggio restaurant on the Upper East Side.

George Clooney wore a navy blazer paired with jeans, while Amal Clooney donned a black, floral-print dress. The Clooneys and Alamuddins were celebrating Ramzi Alamuddin's birthday, according to People magazine.

George and Amal Clooney married in Venice in September 2014. The couple are living in New York while the actor films Money Monster and the barrister serves as a visiting professor at Columbia Law School, and are reportedly "working really hard but also having fun together."
