NEW YORK, April 21 (UPI) -- America Ferrera celebrated her birthday with several of her former Ugly Betty co-stars over the weekend.

The actress turned 31 years old Friday, and rang in the milestone with Vanessa Williams, Mark Indelicato, Judith Light, Tony Plana and costume designer Patricia Field on Saturday.

"#UglyBetty gang reunites @AmericaFerrera's bday!" Williams captioned a photo of the group on Twitter. Indelicato added "My [heart] and soul" to a picture of himself with Ferrera.

The occasion took place just over five years after the ABC series came to a close. Fellow co-star Michael Urie was unable to make the party, but shared throwback photos to commemorate the show's series finale last week.

Ugly Betty premiered in 2006, and aired its fourth and final season finale April 14, 2010. Ferrera starred as the title character, Betty Suarez, with Williams as Wilhelmina Slater, Indelicato as Justin Suarez, Light as Claire Mead, Plana as Ignacio Suarez and Urie as Marc St. James.
