Marc Anthony ordered to pay more than $26k a month in child support to ex Dayanara Torres

LOS ANGELES, June 13 (UPI) -- Marc Anthony has been ordered by a judge to double the child support payment he is making to ex wife Dayanara Torres.

TMZ reports that the 45-year-old singer was asked to increase his $13,000 a month payments to $26,800. While the sum may seem significantly more than what he was originally paying, it is not much considering the former Miss Universe requested the singer give her a monthly payment of $113,000.

Torres, 39, and Anthony were married from 2000 to 2004, the couple have two children together: Cristian Anthony Muñiz, 13, and Ryan Anthony Muñiz, 11.

The judge also ordered Anthony to up his vacation allowance from $6,000 a year to $12,000.

According to TMZ, the judge pointed out that Anthony has been making around $600,000 a month in 2014, which is far less than the $12 million a year he was making before.
