NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J., June 7 (UPI) -- Actor Tracy Morgan was listed in critical condition after a six-vehicle accident early Saturday morning in New Jersey, police said.
Morgan had just completed a stand-up comedy routine at Dover Downs Casino in Dover, Del., and was in a limo bus en route to New York City when the crash took place.
The accident, which involved Morgan's limo bus, two tractor-trailers, two cars and an SUV, killed one person and hospitalized seven others.
Sgt. Gregory Williams, of the New Jersey State Police, said the fatality may have been a passenger in the bus with Morgan.
"The limo bus is the only vehicle that overturned," Williams said. "Looks like one of the tractor-trailers may have rear-ended that limo bus, but that's preliminary at this time."
Morgan, along with three of the injured, was transported to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, N.J., where he is listed in critical condition and in intensive care.
