LONG ISLAND, N.Y., June 3 (UPI) -- A Long Island judge sentenced Dina Lohan to 100 hours of community service and revoked her license for one year Tuesday over her September 2013 DWI case.

After the judge handed out the 51-year-old's sentence he told Lohan she had been "lucky" things turned out the way they did.

"The only person responsible for this ordeal is Miss Lohan. She is just lucky nobody was killed. She may not be as lucky next time," he said.

Lohan reportedly replied to the comment with: "There will not be a next time."

Lohan pleaded guilty to DWI and speeding Tuesday and in addition to her sentence she'll need to have an interlock device installed on her car for one year once she is allowed to drive again.

Lindsay Lohan's mother was pulled over in Long Island on September 13 when officials caught her driving at 77 mph in a 55 mph zone. At the time Lohan's blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit.
