The [Nashville] Tennessean reported the development in the case Tuesday.

Brown, 60, and his cousin Marvin Brown, who died of natural causes in 2003 at age 53, were convicted of shooting to death the Grand Ole Opry and "Hee Haw" banjo player and his wife, Estelle.

The double homicide occurred in the couple's farmhouse in rural Tennessee during an attempted robbery, the newspaper said.

John Brown was sentenced to 198 years in prison.

ASHTON KUTCHER: Ashton Kutcher, Jon Cryer and Angus T. Jones appear to be naked behind promotional posters touting the next season of the U.S. sitcom "Two and a Half Men."

The actors are seen hiding behind a large white board with their bare shoulders, legs and feet showing. The board says only, "All will be revealed ... 9.19.11," the day the CBS show's ninth season is to premiere.

The promo is the first for the new season, which will feature new cast member Kutcher, who was hired to replace Charlie Sheen, the series star who was fired this year after eight seasons because of his erratic behavior and substance abuse, as well as for disparaging remarks he made about series creator Chuck Lorre. He later made headlines by giving numerous rambling, but highly quotable interviews, and then starred in a touring stage show, which was panned by both critics and fans.

He has been keeping a low profile since the tour ended, however.

CBS has not said how Sheen's character will be written out of the show.

The Hollywood Reporter noted the new promo for "Men" was released a day after Lionsgate announced it had hired Sheen to star in a sitcom based on the film "Anger Management." It was sent to media outlets and appears on an exterior wall of the Warner Bros. studio where the sitcom is taped in Burbank, Calif.

The Season 9 premiere of "Men" will take place the same night Comedy Central is to air a star-studded roast of Sheen.

MAYA RUDOLPH: Maya Rudolph's publicist says the U.S. actress has given birth to a son.

Baby Jack is the third child for Rudolph and director Paul Thomas Anderson, her longtime boyfriend. They are also the parents of daughters ages 5 and 20 months.

Rudolph gave birth to Jack July 3, her representative told UsMagazine.com Tuesday.

The actress is a former cast member of "Saturday Night Live." Her film credits include "Away We Go," "A Prairie Home Companion," "Bridesmaids" and "Zookeeper."

Anderson has helmed the movies "There Will Be Blood," "Magnolia" and "Boogie Nights."

ANGELINA JOLIE: Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie says her sons Maddox, 9, and Pax, 7, love eating crickets, which are considered a delicacy in some Southeast Asian countries.

UsMagazine.com said the Oscar-winning film star and mother of six young children made the comments while shooting a video ad for Louis Vuitton's Core Values campaign in Cambodia, the country from which she adopted Maddox. Jolie adopted Pax in Viet Nam.

"My boys love to eat crickets. It's their favorite thing," UsMagazine.com quoted her as saying.

"When I first gave it to them ... I wanted them not to be turned off by something that was of their culture. They ate them like Doritos, and they wouldn't stop," Jolie added. "They brought to-go boxes home and I had to actually ban the cricket eating at a certain point because I was afraid they were going to get sick from too many."
