LOS ANGELES, Jan. 26 (UPI) -- Gary Oldman accepted a Screen Actors Guild Award on behalf of the late Heath Ledger, his co-star in "The Dark Knight," at a Los Angeles ceremony Sunday night.
Ledger won the best supporting actor prize for his disturbing portrayal of The Joker in "Knight." Also nominated in the category were Josh Brolin for "Milk," Robert Downey Jr. for "Tropic Thunder," Philip Seymour Hoffman for "Doubt" and Dev Patel for "Slumdog Millionaire."
