ESSEX, England, June 16 (UPI) -- British entertainer Michael Barrymore has been released without charge after being arrested in Essex, Britain, for the death of Stuart Lubbock.
Lubbock died at Barrymore's estate in Essex six years ago.

Barrymore's lawyer, Henri Brandman, said he "categorically denies" having anything to do with the death of Lubbock, Britain's Sky News reported Saturday.
"Michael has not been charged with any offense. He is fully cooperating with the police in their enquiries," said Brandman. "He categorically denies the allegations that have been made."
The 55-year-old entertainer was arrested along with two other men Thursday by detectives investigating Lubbock's death.
