Costume Designers Guild nominees set

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Jan. 11 (UPI) -- Two queens and a devil were among nominees for the Costume Designers Guild ninth annual awards ceremonies set for Feb. 17 in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The nominees for the awards include the costumes designed for Meryl Streep in "The Devil Wears Prada," Helen Mirren's outfits in "The Queen," Kirsten Dunst's outfits in "Marie Antoinette" and America Ferrera's far-from-designer costumes in "Ugly Betty," said the Hollywood Reporter Thursday.

The Feb. 17 ceremony will be at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel and Jane Kaczmarek will serve as the host.

Other awards will be given out, including the Swaroyski President's Award to Sandra Bullock and Mirren will receive the Distinguished Actor Award.

Costume designer Patricia Norris will be given the Lacoste Career Achievement in Film Award and costume designer Grady Hunt will be presented with the Career Achievement in Television Award.
