BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Dec. 4 (UPI) -- Actor Lane Garrison, who plays David "Tweener" Apolskis on the hit series "Prison Break," has been identified as the driver in a fatal California car crash.
Beverly Hills Police Department officials say the 26-year-old actor was behind the wheel of his SUV when it was involved in a car crash Saturday that resulted in the death of a passenger, a teenage boy, TMZ.com reported.
The traffic accident occurred Saturday night in Beverly Hills, Calif., when for an unspecified reason Garrison's vehicle crashed into a tree, TMZ.com reported.
The accident killed an unidentified boy, 17, and left a 15-year-old girl in critical condition, the report said.
TMZ.com said Garrison was not arrested after the deadly accident occurred nor was he asked by police to submit to the blood-alcohol test typically requested of those involved in fatal car crashes.
