NEW YORK, Oct. 4 (UPI) -- The concert film featuring Seattle rockers Nirviana, "Live! Tonight! Sold Out!," is coming out on DVD -- 12 years after its video tape release.
The semininal film captures the ascension of the band and its sound and style that transformed U.S. rock 'n' roll in the early 1990s.

Geffen Records has added footage to the DVD including previously unreleased clips of Nirvana's 1991-1992 "Nevermind" tour and several live renditions of Nirvana classic songs, Billboard.com reported.
The only other Nirvana DVD was "With the Lights Out," which was released in 2004 -- 10 years after the suicide of frontman Kurt Cobain.
"Live! Tonight! Sold Out!" is due to hit retail shelves Nov. 7.
