Sales clerk is the new face of Lara Croft

LONDON, Feb. 15 (UPI) -- A London sales assistant and model has been chosen to succeed Angelina Jolie as the face of video game action heroine Lara Croft.

Karima Adebibe, 20, will leave her job at the Top Shop to travel the world promoting the upcoming seventh Lara Croft tomb raider game, Sky News reported Wednesday.

First though, the new Lara must learn survival techniques as well as gunmanship, archaeology and the rules of royal etiquette.

"Life is all about challenges and this is perhaps the biggest one for a model and actress," Adebibe was quoted as saying.
