David Spade gets a second season

LOS ANGELES, Dec. 9 (UPI) -- Comedy Central has renewed "The Showbiz Show with David Spade."

The show, featuring the "Saturday Night Live" alumnus spoofing Hollywood and its celebrity occupants, kicked off slowly, but has built an audience slightly above the network's average of 900,000 viewers, TVWeek.com reported Friday.

The new season will consist of 13 episodes and debut in March.
