LONDON, Aug. 16 (UPI) -- The two surviving members of the legendary British band, The Who, are reportedly considering another tour.

After a successful performance during the Live 8 concert this summer, guitarist Pete Townshend and singer Roger Daltrey are getting ready to team up with drummer Zak Starkey and hit the road next year, the Sun reports.

Starkey, the son of Beatles drummer Ringo Starr, is currently on tour with Oasis.

Townshend posted on his Web site that he and Daltrey had been meeting to discuss the tour possibility.

"We've divided our hopes into two distinct areas: celebration of the past and the creative future," he said. "We have agreed to reconvene next February."
