Dec. 7 (UPI) -- General Dynamics Information Technology, a business unit of General Dynamics, has been awarded a support contract by the U.S. Air Force for a one-year, $47 million contract.
The deal, announced by General Dynamics on Wednesday, was made under the terms of a single award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract that taps the company to provide "infrastructure, development and engineering support" to the U.S. Air Force. The contract includes developing and maintaining simulation software and hardware for warfighter training, according to the company.
