Boeing to develop targeting system

ORLANDO, Fla., Feb. 21 (UPI) -- A lightweight and compact laser targeting system for U.S. Air Force personnel in on-the-ground combat air support missions is being developed by Boeing.

The Air Force contract given Boeing is worth $3 million and covers the systems design, development, delivery, training and sustainment. If all options were exercised, the contract value would be more than $100 million.
