"The system we're enhancing is based on our ATTAC evidence collection and reporting software, which has played an important role in the modernization of evidence collection systems for many U.S. law enforcement and military organizations," said Dennis Kelly, president and chief executive officer of A-T Solutions.

A-T Solutions has been developing a custom software solution to meet ERTU's goals of fast, efficient and accurate evidence collection and reporting as part of a 2007 contract award. The FBI's ECM developed by A-T Solutions is based on the company's proven Asymmetric Threat and Tactical Analysis Casebook software.

ATTAC combines its high-speed diagramming functionality with tools for photograph management and evidence seizing that run on wireless handheld devices. A data management capability was also provided to enable wireless communication of all data collected and stored in order to produce FBI-standardized reports.

Under the new contract, A-T Solutions will provide analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, enhancement and documentation of the ECM package as well as the maintenance and upgrade of ATTAC software licenses.
