GE-Aviation was contracted for its ruggedized integrated cockpit tactical mission display in an initiative to provide British pilots enhanced operational efficiencies through common display technology among the AW101, Super Lynx 300, Future Lynx and Merlin aircraft.

"The integrated display system provides a common helicopter cockpit for the Ministry of Defense, clearly presenting flight, engine and enhanced situational awareness data," John Ferrie, GE-Aviation Systems president, said in a statement.

"We are delighted to continue our support to AgustaWestland."
